Advances in implant dentistry now allow us to stabilize a variety of tooth replacement options with dental implants. At Red Sky at The Fountain Health Clinic, we offer patients in Sheffield, Doncaster, and South Yorkshire, dental implants to stabilize a single replacement tooth (crown), a dental bridge to replace several adjacent teeth, or full dentures for patient who are missing all of their top and/or bottom teeth. I’ve had extensive training in implant and cosmetic dentistry and I can design custom replacement teeth that look, feel, and function just like the real thing.
Single Tooth Replacement With a Dental Crown – To replace a single missing tooth, we use a single dental implant post and attach a natural-looking replacement tooth or dental crown. This dental crown is custom-made to fit perfectly and blend in with surrounding teeth. It’s the next best thing to a natural tooth.
Multiple Tooth Replacement With a Dental Bridge – If you are missing several adjacent teeth, we can attach a dental bridge, made up of two or more replacement teeth, to dental implants for a natural look and feel. Typically, dental bridges are held in place with metal clasps or are attached to adjacent teeth that have been prepared with dental crowns. We can create a special dental bridge that is attached to the implant posts so that surrounding teeth are not affected and the result is beautiful.
Implant-stabilized Full and Partial Dentures – Gone are the days of having to struggle with dentures that slip out of place while speaking or chewing. We can use dental implants to stabilize a partial or full set of dentures. We place several dental implants in the patient’s jawbone and create a special denture that simply locks into the implant posts, creating a strong hold. You’ll never need to use messy adhesives or worry about your dentures moving out of place again.
