Frequently Asked Questions

1. I’m not sure what I need, what should I do?

Many people know what troubles them but are not sure of what the solutions are.  It is for this reason you can book a complimentary consultation with one of our clinicians.  This will give you an opportunity to come in to find general information without making a commitment.  There is no diagnosis done at this stage but many people find this helpful to make an informed decision.

2. I’m worried that you won’t be able to help me because my problems are so bad

We genuinely understand that many people feel this way.  And it’s perfectly normal!  The science and art of dentistry is truly amazing!  Almost anything is possible.  All you need to do is tell us what your dreams are and we will give you a smile you will fall in love with.

3. Will it hurt?

We understand that this is a genuine concern for many people, normally due to bad experiences in the past.  We will do everything we can to make sure that your treatment is as comfortable as can possibly be.  We book out plenty of time to make sure that we are not rushed and take the stress out of your treatment as much as possible.  If you are still anxious, we can arrange sedation for you to help you completely relax during your treatment.

4. I don’t know if I can afford it

We genuinely understand cost is a concern for many people.  That is why we offer a range of different payment options to suit your budget.  That means you can have your dream smile now and arrange payments to suit your budget.

5. I’m in a hurry to get my treatment done, how fast can you do it?

It very much depends on what needs to be done.  We will always listen to what you want to achieve and will aim to give you an improvement as fast as we can.  Sometimes it’s not possible to do things fast as it will either damage your teeth beyond repair or reduce results.  We do things in a certain way for a reason so that not only do we give you the smile of your dreams, but that it also lasts as long as possible.  Think about it, do you want a gorgeous smile fast but only for a short time, or a stunning smile which lasts a long time?
